We will provide a free written Financial Options Report, usually within 2 business days after receipt of your financial information, outlining the terms of the anticipated new financing.  We do not charge advance fees, and our fees are paid from the proceeds of new financing acceptable to you, the client, at the closing.  No closing, no fee.  And it's entirely your decision whether or not to close.
